I want you to understand what's going on, not just follow a list of steps. Once a technical idea clicks, you can use it to try something new, solve a problem, or work out what to check next.

Networking is where I have the most experience. A diagram can help a connection make sense. A packet capture lets us inspect the data moving between devices. A lab gives us somewhere to try an idea and see the result.

If you enjoy figuring out technology, this is for you. You might be setting up your first lab, working in IT, or wondering how a device does its job. I explain the concepts as we need them, and we can get technical when the question calls for it.
